You are the driving force who helps us to produce best-in-class strategic and creative work for clients and you are our go to expert on the latest social and digital trends, and everyday creativity, within the agency.

What you do

For your clients…

  • Drive the rhythm of work across your accounts week by week
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects / clients 
  • Liaise with clients 1:1 and lead WIP calls, providing consultancy and developing strong relationships
  • Oversee client admin: writing contact reports, drafting timing plans, campaign reporting 
  • Develop the strategy for client social media accounts, as well as overseeing drafting calendars and maximising proactive engagement opportunities 
  • Connect clients with our full service offering to ensure our clients get the right approach to help them solve business challenges 
  • Manage financial commitments with third-party suppliers such as research companies, animators or translation services on behalf of the client

For your team…

  • Expertly brief the studio and oversee internal resource to produce best-in-class outputs
  • Guide and mentor junior members of the team, leading by example and sharing best practice advice
  • Support our own digital / social presence, for example by sharing content or writing a blog on a marketing-related subject that interests you
  • Work as a team player in the agency and identify opportunities for relevant experts to be involved wherever needed

  • Develop your marketing knowledge and skill set to actively suggest new ideas and advise Harvard’s integrated client portfolio
  • Take an active, positive part in our agency culture and support Harvard’s own marketing and social activity
