Today is an exciting day over here at our socially distanced Harvard Towers, it’s the launch of our first-ever podcast, ‘Heard @ Harvard.’
Designed to explore the theme of ‘creating lasting change’, throughout the series Louie and I will be talking to people right at the heart of both the agency world and the tech sector. And for our inaugural episode, we were super excited to be joined by Josh Krichefski, Global COO at MediaCom and Rax Lakhani, Chair of the PRCA's Diversity Network.
Episode overview
Against the backdrop of a global pandemic, a new way of working and extraordinary socioeconomic uncertainty; over the last six months – Harvard, like every other agency and in fact company – has had to adapt and as a leadership team we have had to rethink the way we run Harvard and the way we lead.
Alongside a focus on clients and our work – and being able to maintain both in a lockdown world – the happiness and wellbeing of our people has never been more of a focus for us. With National Inclusion Week coming up, we spoke to Josh and Rax to hear their thoughts on running teams and agencies during the COVID pandemic; mental health in the agency world and diversity – and particularly what agencies in both PR and advertising need to be doing better.
