We’ve grown phenomenally in the last few years to a 70+ strong business with global clients – and we continue to expand. Marketing services is a key area of growth for the agency: covering everything from creative campaigns and brand development through to social media, events, influencers and content marketing.

We are now looking for a B2B PR & Marketing Junior Account Executive to join the team and build a career here.

Who you are

You are an organiser with a thirst for knowledge. With a focus on day-to-day task management and smooth running of account processes, you are integral to ensuring clients and your account teams have what they need to deliver for clients daily.

You are the lynchpin that ensures the smooth running of client work and campaigns, by noting clients’ strategic needs and joining the dots between internal teams. Across the agency, you are our go to expert on the latest stories, media, social & digital trends, and bring everyday creativity to everything you do.

What you do

For our clients…

  • Drive the day to day rhythm of work across your accounts
  • Effectively manage your time to complete tasks across multiple accounts and projects
  • Be a media hound – pitching and securing a stream of interview, feature, byline and rapid response opportunities – keeping up with the changing media landscape and its intersection with social media and industry influencers
  • Understand the art of crafting a story and how to tell this across different mediums
  • Write well-thought through written materials, including briefing documents, opinion pieces, blogs and social posts
  • Contribute to our clients’ media planning by drafting, updating, and maintaining the media calendar as well as spotting proactive and reactive media opportunities
  • Respond to and liaise with clients, providing consultancy and developing strong relationships
  • Supporting client admin: writing contact reports, drafting timing plans, campaign reporting
  • Managing third party partners, such as research companies, animators or translation services

For your team…

  • Work to build out your own media contacts, developing relationships with journalists
  • Support each other by circulating relevant sector intelligence and news stories, sharing comms expertise and previous experiences
  • Drafting task briefs for creative service teams and overseeing internal resource to produce best-in-class outputs
  • Participate in new business brainstorms, taking an active role in supporting with research and insight
